Excellent service. Broke a tooth. With in 24 hours it was better then it was. Doc Paulo reshaped and filled my tooth in less then half an hour. In and out and gone. Perfect!

I wanted to mention 4 employees who have gone above and beyond. Firstly, Jessa. She was very patient and understanding with my daughter the first 2 times we tried to get this service completed. Unfortunately, my daughter was just so upset and anxious Jessa wasn’t able to complete the service. She suggested we try someone else hoping that a new face won’t be as difficult for my daughter. Those new faces were Courtney and Kaylee. Both Courtney and Kaylee were so patient with my daughter, even though I’m sure they were getting frustrated. They both did a fantastic job just getting through this very difficult appointment. And last, but not least, Laura (I believe that’s her name, she has glasses and usually works in the back right room). She kept checking on me to make sure I was ok throughout the process. I appreciate all the support and patience of the staff. The 3 at the front desk were very supportive as well. No one seemed bothered or irritated by my daughters difficulty with my daughters appointment. Dr. Loulle (spell?) kept checking in on both myself and my daughter too. So thank you all for your patience with the appointment.

We continue to have wonderful service and experiences at Viana Dental. The staff is wonderful with children and our kids enjoy their time at the dentist!

I went in this afternoon for a procedure and mid way through my jaw locked (as it often does, nothing to do with the procedure) causing me a lot of pain and discomfort.
Everyone took great care and concern for me with even massaging out my locked jaw as I insisted on proceeding on although they gave me the option to reschedule. My comfort was most important to them. Amazing service from the most caring dental team I have ever encountered. Thank you so much to the whole staff.
