Victoria had Tori clean her teeth and came home with a lot of discomfort from her gums being over poked. Victoria told her it was hurting her and even told her that it seemed that she was rushing and she was because she had to get someone else to take her next patient. I understand you have to clean but there is no need to over poke to the point that the patients gums are completely full of pain and blood. not expectable. and hope it does not happen again. Victoria does not want to be seen by Tori again. Hope Tori is not Holly's replacement. Holly was amazing. Thank you.

The only issue I had was our appt was for 12. Regan wasn't taken back till 1. I was not sure why there was such a delay. She had not eaten since 9:30pm the night before. Which might have been part of the reason she was sick. That being said, I appreciate you acting quickly when she was sick, and finishing as quickly as you could as you knew she was getting impatient.
