Definately friendly staff and a comfortable experience.But wondering about the date (as maybe should be changed to be able to evaluate my graft better)of my final bridge though..I will ask Dr Viana when I see him next about it though. .Quite a cutting edge office and system they have though!..

Always very nice staff from walking in the door to leaving the office, not long wait times as usually always on schedule, always answers my questions and concerns and offer free toothbrush, floss, toothpaste when I leave

Unhappy that they have got me back in on a number of occasions too early and my insurance doesn’t pay up- only noticed when too late.

Professional Staff always component but more important they make a not always fun appointment more enjoyable On my last visit Jessica was very professional but still had time to interject some levity into the work at hand

The staff are awesome! They walked me through every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I love that they text me so I don't always have to answer phone calls

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist due to agonizing dental procedures in the 60's and 70's. I feel comfortable going to Viana Dental and love the work that is done. Although I moved from London to Sudbury, I still drive the distance for my dental care....now that's a happy patient!
