This survey would normally be all 5's, however my most recent visit was the first negative experience I have had at your office. The front desk clerk, who appeared to be a new employee, informed me that she wasn't going to allow me to go into my appointment without settling $65 charge for a "missed appointment". Firstly, it was extremely insulting that she didn't trust me to pay my dental bills. Secondly, when I explained that it wasn't a missed appointment and that I had called in and cancelled/re-scheduled she proceeded to tell me how many days I had re-scheduled in the last year (with a smug look and rude tone of voice). I explained that I can not predict when my son is ill. I am the primary caregiver for my special needs son and the health of my son is more of a priority then attending a dental appointment. I have never not shown up for an appointment and have paid in full all dental bills. Being a "family" dentist office you would assume that certain considerations are made. I have been a patient in your office for several years now and have spent thousands of dollars in your office. I understand that you have policies but you have the ability to make exceptions based on your judgement. It was a very uncomfortable 2 hours between myself and the poor dental hygienist who had to deal with an ANGRY patient after the exchange with the clerk. I was contemplating leaving your office and going to another dentist. However, I really like all the other staff who are very courteous and friendly.

I love my hygenist holly! Very knowledgeable and can calm my anxiety down. Dr alluh is a super dr as well. Very very satisfied. I've recommended vianna dental to friends and family.
