Everything went well until I went to pay...there seemed to be some a problem with a payment that I made back in March (my 1st visit). There was a credit on my husband's account which I took at the time but they wanted me to pay for it on Monday night...I had my receipt on me so it turned out good.

They need more knowledge on insurance... not everyone has access to $1000 to be paid up front, would be nice if you had direct billing so i only have to pay what i owe not what my insurance owes

This place is remarkable in every respect. Staff make me feel comfortable, and Dr. Viana is the best dentist that I have encountered during my many years of dential procedures . Pain free procedures with a staff that enjoy their careers.
