Thank you Dr. Viana and staff for helping me in this difficult time. The broken tooth I have was causing pain with a razor sharp edge against my cheek, but thanks to the treatment I received everything is now fine. I am looking forward to when things return to normal and I can get a crown placed there. Thanks again!

I’m very happy with all the staff and services at Viana Dental. The one thing I find very frustrating is the long waits, I honestly do not think I have ever had my appointment on time including when I get the first appointment of the day. I have had to wait more than one hour with past visits. Yesterday I had to wait about 25 minutes for my appointment and I do know this was due to the person before me being late. I was asked by the receptionist how was my visit and since I was honest about not being happy with the wait I could tell she didn’t know how to respond and rushed to the next question. If you don’t want honest answers from the patients I don’t think you should ask us the question.

Do not know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist but Viana Dental makes it as pleasant as possible.

I was in with my son, who has special needs and is terrified of the dentist. We normally do sedated dentistry, but were coming in this time to check on an issue, so sedation wasn't used. We were booked and seen quickly.
My only constructive feedback is that when you are dealing with someone with special needs or even someone who is terrified of the dentist, it would be helpful to have everything ready before you ask the client into the room (ie. the tv is on and something is already playing, last X-rays on display, etc). Also, rather than having 2 exams, it would be helpful to just have one, as it is so challenging to get him in the chair.
Overall, the experience went way better than I thought it would and I appreciate the efforts that were made to see us quickly and to make it as painless as possible.
