I do want to share a visit experience. Yesterday
(Nov 6th)..I was booked for a cleaning . My
hygienist was Ashley. I waited 25 mins to see
her..& it was clearly apparent to me..that she
was running behind. She did..apologize for
the wait. My experience was..she was rough,
as she was under stress. re running late.
I couldn't wait..until finished..This was ..
honestly my first negative experience at
Viana Dental.

As someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist, the people at Viana Dental made me feel comfortable and allowed me to ask questions and voice concerns without any problems. Everyone there is kind and cares about your dental health.

This is the first time I’ve been there in all these years and haven’t been happy once I left... my teeth hurt so bad I haven’t been able to eat since Saturday morning... Ashley couldn’t follow instructions dr vianna gave her she was told to change out my wires to my initial again and yup that never happened she couldn’t handle putting the power chains back on... I honestly feel like I’ve went 29 steps back in my treatment instead of forward.. I’m almost ready to just have my braces taken off and give up as I’m in so much pain never have I experienced this pain before in my whole treatment
