Just happy with the service. Very efficient, never have to wait (my pet peeve!). Staff are super accommodating with my odd work schedule. Everyone is always very cheerful and kind - staff seem happy to work there.

Totally happy with the service at your facility. I am just always surprised by the number of times appts need to be rescheduled because they were booked on a day you are not open. Obviously I completely understand covid didn't help this time. Just wanted to share that in the past it has seemed like I have had this happen with almost every appointment. :)

Things seem increasingly disorganized with new faces everytime we come in, as well as delayed and lacking communications. We used to be very pleased with the service and feel it has slipped considerably, unfortunately.
