Things seem increasingly disorganized with new faces everytime we come in, as well as delayed and lacking communications. We used to be very pleased with the service and feel it has slipped considerably, unfortunately.

Great experience. Did feel a little anxious with the surgery- perhaps could have assisted with anxiety through nitrous but they didn’t and I’m not sure why. I was awake and remember some of what happened which was nerve wracking. Perhaps a little more could be done to assist with anxiety? Overall great experience, just wish I had a little more assistance with relaxing and being less aware.
