I went in for an x ray and to find out when and how my teeth could be fixed. I was seen during a time when only emergencies were being treated and I'm glad I was perscribed some antibiotics in mean time before my next visit in a month or so

Under these difficult times of Covid-19 I was made to feel very comfortable by the safety measures in place. Was also very happy that I was able to get in so quickly with my situation.

They were very patient with me even though my tooth was difficult to work with and I was a nervous wreck. They took their time and worked with me to make sure it was completed and that I was comfortable afterwards.

The procedure went really well with minimal pain or discomfort. I honestly didnt even feel that they were taking my tooth out.

Was not aware a emergency fee would be added to my bill/was not stated upon booking or previous to payment. Very much appreciate being seen during this time however the surprise fee does feel inappropriate during this time especially considering my cavity filling appointment time was booked prior to the current coved issues./ personally I think charging emergency fees during this time leaves a bad taste in patients mouths pun intended

Was very pleased I was able to get in and have my tooth looked during a trying time with the covid 19 pandemic. Viana dental took every precaution to protect themselves and myself from this virus. Although they are not my regular dentist. I would go back to see them and would also recommend them to others.

I was very happy with my appointment. Normally I’m very afraid when I first go to a dentist but I immediately felt very comfortable. I was very thankful that you got me in on such short notice and how quickly the dentist repaired my tooth. Your prices are reasonable and fair. Stay healthy
