Well if something is going to go wrong, it happens to me. I was there for my second impression. Would not come out. It felt like my teeth being pulled out without freezing. The sides really hurt. I felt bad cause I couldn’t take the pain. Nothing like I felt before. The mould had to be cut out a bit at a time. I was not upset with Dr. Viana, he didn’t know it was going to happen. My mouth is still sore today. Should feel better in the next couple of days. I’m hoping for a better experience when I come back for another impression.

I have never had a crown done before so was walked through the process. As it was being done, my comfort was checked. The appointment was a bit longer than anticipated, but was happy with the results!

I have a question…….Why are cleanings taking less of the booked time?
Previously the hygienist was doing steady cleaning for almost the entire visit other than doing the X-rays.
I spoke to my sister last evening and she has her cleanings done in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan and she has had the same experience with her last 2 cleanings.
I’m not sure which hygienist I had on my last visit in 2022 but her cleaning was better!?
