I really think the sedation shouldnt be cut off before the dr is done. It still bothers me James was amazing. The guy last Friday seemed annoyed from the beginning. He did the rubber thing on my arm so tight it was crazy. He did loosen it but i ended up with a bruise. Didnt get my cleaning done. And he was gone when the cleaning started and my tooth was pulled. I got sedated for a reason. The Sweet nurse tried to say this happens but there is no way it wore off with 15 minutes to go. He should have waited till everything was done

I was well treated by all the staff The assistant and the front desk girl were very nice to talk to. They were understanding and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to help and I have to go to the endodontist. Everything was explained to me and the price was more than fair.

I have been going to Dr. Viana for many years and would not consider changing Dentist. The awards in the waiting room speak for themselves.
