Finished a recent cleaning and regular check-up at Vianna Dental Killworth location. Visit was good, service great and friendly. The only issue was there was no check ahead of performing work of my insurance coverage, and some of the work performed was not covered for the visit. I had to pay out of pocket. In the future I will be asking for a check of coverage on planned work when arriving. I wrongly assumed this was happening.

As always, my visit to Viana Dental was very pleasant. My hygienist, Ben (I hope I have his name right) was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
I have been coming here for many years and will continue for many more.

I had a lot of anxiety as I was getting a root canal and a filling. Honestly it was a easy as it could be. I was comfortable and had zero anxiety 5 minutes into the procedure. Dr Ali and his assistant were very comforting and kept explaining everything to me. I actually felt great when it was over. I regret now not getting it done sooner when it was recommended

Dr. Ali is very professional and quite pleasant at the same time. My welcome and comfort were extended to me by the staff as soon as I came in. A contributing factor to the overall excellent experience was the office's quality and upkeep.

Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, explained my options clearly, and made me feel good about being at the dentist. Highly recommend them.
Had a few appointments now and a few more over the next few weeks but so far very excited I heard their ad on the radio and made the decision to give them a call…

Good afternoon Dr. Viana
I had an appointment today in your komoka office.
A few things. I'm not sure why you advertise that you specialize in dentistry that helps people with anxiety.
When we spoke, you said that you could do laughing gas apt at any time but your reception stated only on Fridays and it was 3 months out to book
I'm working on getting covered with insurance through my fiancée however decided that I would pay out of pocket for my front tooth root canal as I did not want to lose the tooth
I spent from 830 till 10 30 being mouth manipulated this morning.
My "new tooth" is way longer than the rest of my teeth, a completely different color amd I cannot close my teeth or speak properly.
I was told that once I fix the rest of my teeth it will be fine. How am i to function until that happens?
After struggling to get the e transfer sent and your receptionists confirming that i had the right email (it wasnt) they informed me I was supposed to have a cleaning. Your wifi does not work this morning and I spent 2 hours in a locked anxiety attack where your office did nothing to help. I was told I needed to repay for the cleaning that I have already paid for and that I would be charged extra if I did not stay.
My first apt was lovely.
I cannot even touch my nose or upper lip
I'm reaching out b4 posting on your Google reviews to see if your willing to assist
Today was the worst dental experience of my life
I have not received a response to this email after more than 24 hours
The dentist who d8d the root canal said they would check up today. I received a text message from the white oaks office told them.i cannot eat or touch my face or nose
I missed the call from the dentist and there is no voicemail
I now have a worse situation then I started with and am out 1100
I won't be paying any cancelation fees from the cleaning
