Not the first time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes. I get multiple emails, texts, phone calls confirming my appointment time and that there will be a charge for late cancelations or rescheduling so it frustrating when they don’t keep to the appointment time.

Dr Viana takes care my dad’s needs for dentures and treat my dad in a nice and friendly way. I am impressed by his professional skills shown each day we saw him.

Good and respectful treatment once again. Can't do enough to make sure that all is ok and have satisfied clientele..Dr Viana discovered that my bridge was too loose and immediately said it would have to be replaced and would no problem.He apologized for this and said it was too bad it happened at all but they have a new lab that they're dealing with now.He has a standard of excellence bar none..

My husband and myself were looking for a new dentist after moving from Oakville to London for our retirement.
My husband was looking for a practice that could allow him sedation for cleaning as he is gags during examinations and procedures.
We went to the Viana location in the White Oaks Mall and were referred to the location in Kilworth.
The building was easy to find, very pleasantly decorated, had state of the art equipment.
The staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgable and approachable.
They explained everything every step of the way and answered any of our concerns.
The prices were reasonable and there were incentives for retirees without insurance coverage as well as an incentive of 5% discount for prepayment of services.
We couldn't have asked for more and have found out forever Dental Clinic.

I really liked Amy my hygienist and the dentist that I saw. He corrected a minor issue immediately so I didn't have to make a follow up appointment.

I was totally impressed. Everyone there treated me great and respectful. From reception, the Dentist, the assistant and the consultant. Quite the team. They made my dental visit fun and relaxing. Thank you

Over the past six weeks I have had to experience two crowns and related treatment .. i am also on every 3 month cleaning so I have been around the office a lot. I want to say this .. I have never experienced as friendly and professional dental care in my life. In the midst of what at times was rather unpleasant - and I admit I am squemish .......everyone, and I mean everyone provided the highest level of care. Cannot thank you guys enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at Vianna Dental has been excellent. In my most recent visit, the final stage of a dental implant, my questions were fully answered and the staff worked hard at ensuring my comfort. Maureen noticed I was wincing a bit with the cold water spraying on my sensitive teeth, and found a workaround that worked really well. I appreciate their attention to detail, and their good humour.
