During my routine cleaning, my gum was cut, and was bleeding. I informed the hygienist that I take blood thinner medication. The dentist also looked at my teeth, and was given the same information. I was sent on my way with my gum bleeding, and no idea about how bad it was, and no information about how to stop the bleeding. My gum actually bled all night.

The only thing I was disappointed is I was told you submit to both green shield and manulife online but wasn’t told I had to pay it up front. That was never mentioned to me at all I chose your office because I thought I wouldn’t have to pay it out of my pocket that’s why I have benefits for. So was a bit mislead about this.

We , my 10 yr old son an I transferred to Viana from another Dental office an the best move I believe I’ve ever made !!!My son now enjoys ?? The dentist , I had dental implants done and both surgeons an assistant were amazing caring !!! An did I mention Mary ? She has her hands full but there for a reason ? Gets it Goin.

I receive 4 text notices , 2 emails & 2 phone calls to remind me of my appointment , I arrive 10 min early as I always do , and my appointment started 35 Minutes late , no impressed

I was very pleased to have Maureen give me a cleaning and check up. Best one I ever had, and I am getting long in the tooth (No pun intended).. She also gave me a lot of good information. Is there any way I can have her from now on?
