For anyone who has fears about visiting the dentist, this is where you want to be. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are made to feel comfortable and right at home. And if you're lucky, Maureen might have some baked goods.

Waiting almost 30 minutes for my daughter’s hygiene appointment after checking in is unacceptable if you were running late I should have been informed and given a choice to wait or reschedule her appointment. This is not the first time that this has happened. That was the third time in the past year. I’m very apprehensive about the staff turnover, consistency in staffing is extremely important to me when I visit the dentist office. This tells me that you must be having a difficult time retaining staff
