Communication about appointments
Overall the staff are friendly however no one informed me that Dr Williams would be away for the appointment. I had to book a separate appointment to get my check up and now need to go back next week. I would have really appreciated having someone inform me that I would need to book cleaning and check up appointments at separate times because I would have rescheduled to a date when I could do both at once.

I arrived to find that, for whatever reason, the appointment I made on the phone did not exist. However the lovely ladies at the front desk apologized and made a huge effort to get my children re-booked. They were able to squeeze them both in that same afternoon and we didn't even need to leave.

Review about the dental clinic
They cancel your appointment so late, before the due date. This dental office is really slow, the staff make you wait for a really long period of time. They set your appointments that take like a month saying every weekdays are fully booked. It just so horrible.

felt comfortable while waiting for my time bec of the massage chair... the dentist was very gentle and i didn't feel any pain althroughout the process plus he was kind and also his assistant.

Visit to dentist
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thirty minute gap between exam and cleaning was a little unusual and hopefully a one off experience.
