Dentist seemed annoyed.
The lady at the desk was very nice.
The first nurse I had was phenomenal.
However, the second nurse and the dentist that I saw made me feel very uncomfortable and judged for the condition my teeth were in.
He almost seemed annoyed that I couldn't fix them all due to money issues and rushed me through.
I'm not sure I will go back.

Dr Williams and Sydney did a fantastic job -!although my appointment went an hour and a half over what it was scheduled for they made me feel comfortable and were certainly concerned about my welfare. that dog on post just did not want to come out I guess it was cemented in there very well !! looking forward to getting my new tooth back in next week

Best dental cleaning I have ever received. Great Space, Great Service.

So Impressed!
I had an issue with my insurance which was nobody's fault but my own and was upset when I left the office. I didn't debate what the charges were and the staff was still caring enough to check with the dr to see if there was anything they could do for me. It had come up in casual conversation before my appointment that we were leaving on vacation this weekend and they knew I had a young mentally challenged son. They did what they could to help absorb what they could. So awesome to not feel like a nameless face. You guys have clients for life

Excellent Work!!
My Root Canal procedure, follow up appointment and results were just great! I also get to enjoy Dr. Layton and Lilly's company which makes the experience more enjoyable in each visit.

Rushed
the experiance I had felt rushed and incomplete. My appointment started late which was not an issue but reducing the time spent on my appointment to make up for running late is not acceptable. The usual things done during my previous appointments were not completed and what was done was rushed.

July 14th Visit
Work done on my teeth was painless which made me happy.
While I couldn't ask or answer any question during procedure, I think it would be helpful to have dentist or assistant perhaps explain some of work being performed. Such as,"it will take x # of minutes for the freezing to complete, or we are preparing to medicate the cavity etc." But NOT of course show me the size of the drilled cavity.
the end procedure; seems both the dentist and assistant had to leave for next appointment immediately. (sorry that I was about 3 minutes late for my appointment)

Great and smooth filling surgery, as always!
I've had ~6 surgeries at Urban Oasis now and every time they are awesome and even though it's impossible to understand patients when they have their mouths forced open, they do as much as possible to communicate and make sure you're always comfortable.
