Hygienist
My experience with Urban Oasis has always been top notch, very pleased from start to finish. This past time however, my assigned Hygienist wasn't so top notch. Though very nice - his experience either seemed to be lacking or perhaps he was rushed - or maybe needs glasses! During my cleaning, specifically during the scaling, he'd keep missing the tooth and scraping my gums. He did this all over my mouth, so it wasn't just a slip of the hand sort of mistake. Now my experience may have been a little more sensitive due the fact I hadn't been for a cleaning in some time. In any case, all other aspects of my experience were positive.

More detail otherwise excellent
The only thing that would have been better is if during the procedure exactly what was being done was explained to me as it was being done. Very minor detail, it would only be to satisfy my own curiosity! Otherwise, I can say I am extremely satisfied!

Fantastic dental office
I don't overly enjoy going to the dentist but the staff and Dr. Joel Williams make the experience pleasant. Dr. Williams explains thing to you thoroughly so you fully understand what is happening in your appointment and that is something I appreciate very much. I recommend this dentist to my friends and family who are looking!

Not bad for a dentist visit
As always, our visit to Dr Layton was relatively pleasant. We were seen on time, the work was done in a friendly professional manner. We have been happy with all of the office staff over the past few four years or so.
