I felt like the dentist barely scaled my teeth. I didn’t feel like the cleaning was super thorough.

As always in emergency situations the staff was friendly, caring and doing absolutely everything that could be done to help. Thank you everyone because without the extra care and over and above actions my already stressful situation could have been that much more difficult to deal with. I have definitely never regretted changing to this location.

I am grateful for the kindness of my hygienist/technician who was very understanding when I had a hard time. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist, which I told them but I don't think they really took seriously. But when my hygienist saw what a hard time I was having she was very supportive. I was abused as a child and it is a trigger for me to be in the chair with people over me, feeling trapped. So I am grateful for her kindness in the moment. I think the dentist did not quite know how to deal with a patient who was so uncomfortable or he wasn't aware. But he was still very courteous and kind.

People were nice. The visit was fine.
[Since I went near the holidays, the staffs (people not doing any work i.e. they formed a group and were talking) were excited and were slacking a little bit. The workers working on my teeth were professional, but I feel like they could do better because after they were done, they turned off their professionalism and seemed eager to join the other staffs. The office assistant or office receptionist was the most hard-working. It's okay to have fun, but I feel like they could have done their celebration somewhere else in a closed room. I'm used to a quiet atmosphere when having my teeth cleaned and checked. The staffs are usually hidden or somewhere else, so hearing a group of people having a conversation nearby was a surprise and a bit odd. But I've never had an appointment near the holidays, so this could be normal.]

To be honest your office is very clean. Staff is great and friendly . The lady who cleaned my teeth seemed very slow at what she was doing. Not sure if she is new or not but it sure seemed that way. She used her instruments for the majority of the cleaning vs the ultrasonic water method which was fine, as I know it is sometimes better .
In my entire history of cleanings I have never had three units charged to me before , even though I believe my cleaning was an hour plus in the chair.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and professional and my appointment was not too long at all! One comment I would make is that when the cleaning was done, the assistant did not floss my 4 middle front teeth or my four middle bottom teeth because they had permanent retainers on them. I still really enjoyed my visit!
