Wait time when I arrived was a bit disappointing. Front desk & dental assistant didn’t seem to know details of my appointment which seemed a bit strange. It would be nice if there was a bit more communication as to what is being done and on what teeth instead of a general reference to the area being worked on. I was recommended a night guard but wasn’t given much explanation or long term/different solutions available. Dentist mentioned my cross bite but nothing about correcting it. Overall a pleasant experience and understand these are busy places under extra stressful times due to the pandemic but I think a little extra care to communicate & go over options would make experiences more comfortable. Appreciate the no insurance discount and following Alberta dental guidelines. Thank you!

Everything was great except the flossing was extremely aggressive. I couldn’t eat for 24 hours after. My gums are still sore the next day.

With no pain during the whole wisdom teeth extraction process! I am very grateful to Dr. Bowker and Emily. They were very kind and patient and it was a very nice experience.

I must say it is really nice to be treated in Impression Dental. The dentists are very professional. Really recommend it to you if you are suffering a problem with your teeth!

One of the best dental services in Edmonton. Polite and friendly staff, easy to make appointments and sort out insurance issues, and overall a great experience. Been going to Impression Dental for the past 5 years and will continue to do so!
