This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They never recommend work that is not needed and when work is required they make sure you are comfortable and understand each step. I always get a bit tense about going to the dentist because of prior experiences that weren't horrible but just a bit painful - it's amazing to have a dentist that can give freezing with absolutely no pain when work is required.

Very satisfied with service. The dental work was excellent. Prices are reasonable, the clinic provides students with discounts. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to the clinic and I am quite impressed with the services you provided and have to compliment both the hygenist and dentist with their gentle manner of examination and cleaning because I have experienced a rougher treatment in the past with other dentists.

Overall good experience at this clinic, and have been coming here for several years now. Dr Eng and staff are friendly, and professional. I came in for my annual cleaning mid-May and was told I should come back to have a small crack in my molar repaired. I asked the receptionist if my benefits would cover the service before booking and I was told yes. I returned for this procedure a few weeks later and when completed, I proceeded to leave but was stopped by the receptionist to pay my balance. Now, it wasn’t a large balance but I did not expect to have to pay anything after being told the service would be covered by my benefits. I was not informed by anyone up until this point. I understand my benefits only covered so much up until a certain point, and the rest were out of pocket expenses - however, it caught me off guard. Again, I am happy overall with the services I’ve received at Impression Dental, and plan to return for future services. Thank you!

Got a very thorough cleaning done. The hygienist did an amazing job, the entire session was comfortable and therapeutic.
Definitely coming back for the next cleaning appointment !
