Best hygienist ever
Michelle is the best. She should get a big raise, after all of her years of service.
I value her expertise, professionalism, and chair side manner. And Dr D is wonderful as well.

Dr. Tester is very nice and helpful
Dr Tester is the best dentist we know by now. Over the years we had different dentists because of relation or just not very pleasant experience, Dr. Tester stands out to be the best. We called in the Saturday afternoon for an emergency dental issue, he saw us in about an hour, extremely friendly and helpful, treat the problem, explain the cause of the actions later on.
we really appreciate having such a kind and skilled dentist.

Hygienist
I used to hate going to the dentist but now I that I have Tina as my hygienist it's a different story. She is awesome. She always makes me laugh and makes me feel very comfortable. She also does an excellent job on cleaning my teeth even if sometimes I have to wear my rain coat...ha ha.

For your teeth's sake
I have been a customer at this location since before Ian Tester. His father was our dentist then. We are still here because we still have our teeth (partially thanks to them)and they are good at what they do.

Excellent Service
It was as comfortable as two hours in a dentist's chair could ever be - I was even given a back roll for lumbar support!

You folks are always great - I think that Ian has a "nice meter" in the back room that he pulls out when interviewing a potential new hire, then surreptitiously scans the applicant for, to name a few, kindness, sense of humour, integrity, etc..anything below 98.9 is a fail. All the staff at Glendale is at 100%. Good job, great team.

Cheryl is so awesome! Also, my sister-in-law had to rush from PEI to Niagara and had to miss her dental appointment and Dr. Diston fit her in so fast!
