very comfortable experience
This dental office made me feel very comfortable throughout my recent filling replacement procedure. I find Dr. Tester and his staff very relaxing and calming. I honestly feel that the staff cares about me as a person, not just as a patient. I have been a client at this dental centre since 1997. I trust them for ALL of my dental needs - including regular dental hygiene appointments. I am truly grateful for Dr. Tester and his entire staff - because of how they treat me, I am now relaxed and calm during my appointments.

Pleased from start to finish. Especially with Ian and his care, he always explains and communicates with me through every procedure which minimizes and reduces my fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Well done!!!

They are the 'Best'
We as a family have been going to this dental clinic for 40 years. Dr. I. Tester and his team and staff have 'always' been friendly, very considerate of their patience and puickly put you at ease with any anxiety you may have with much patience and kindness. Whenever any of my family have had an urgent tooth issue they 'always' fit you in. You are their priority and your health is important to them. They care. I highly recommend this Dental office to serve your whole family well at every age and stage you are in life.

do not change anything. Your business formula is flawless. Most Dental offices feel like an insurance cash grab but I definitely have the impression (pardon the pun)you place patients best interest first before your bottom line! Huge fan Ralph

It seems to be easier and easier to get my teeth cleaned. Only have had one bad experience with the "pressure cleaner" with the noise in my ears. That was last year, haven't experienced it since. Cheryl's demeanour puts me at ease and cleaning becomes a pleasant(?) experience. Dorothy (aka Betty)

5 Stars!
Always a good experience, which is a lot coming from someone who was so terrified of going to the dentist I'd be a mess for several days before and after. The folks at Glendale Dental are great! I used to go to a dentist I called Chuckles, who never smiled or talked. Now I have Dr. Ian Tester, the antithesis of Chuckles, who smiles and chats and explains everything. I won't be changing dentists any time soon!!!!
