We used a different hygienist than usual. I explained to the dentist ahead of time that my daughter has severe Dental anxiety. While the hygienist would have been just fine for somebody like myself and was very knowledgeable , my daughter found her to be very rough. We have been able to get my daughter to the point where she is accepting of dental appointments, however this appointment set her back about five years. She has stated upon exiting that she never wants to come back to the dentist again. Additionally, we ask for no polishing. There was no prophy paste nor prophy Jet used at our request, but I was still charged for polishing.
It is unfortunate, however with this recent event, I am seriously considering moving my family's business because I cannot have her afraid to go to the dentist. It's too important

Yet again, Glendale Dental Centre gets a 5-star rating from me and a thank you to Sherry, Jessica, Alyssa, and Cari for always having a smile when I walk in the door...I absolutely love Michelle Baldinelli the dental hygienist! Michelle goes above and beyond the call of duty to make her patients feel welcome and comfortable. It's always good to know that I'm in the competent hands of Dr. D. Janzen when I need dental work. Dr. Janzen was referred to me by a friend. He is very caring and professional. It is the first time I meet a dentist who is able to inform me about my choices in the latest advancement in the field of dentistery and orthodontics. Very pleased. Highly recommend him and his staff.
