Tina was my hygienist (as usual) and I received the best care during my visit. Patient with my sensitivity and modified her treatment methods to help make my visit pleasant. The office is clean and all the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great as always this is my fifth visit and I’m just as satisfied as the first visit ! I got Anna the hygienist today she was kind courteous and made me feel comfortable after a long time of putting myself on the back burner she made me feel at ease and human :) I actually look forward to going to the dentist now !

I am not an easy patient, I have a fear of dental work and my anxiety seems to grow the older I get! Dr. Tester is amazing! Always working so hard to keep me comfortable, not an easy task!!

We used a different hygienist than usual. I explained to the dentist ahead of time that my daughter has severe Dental anxiety. While the hygienist would have been just fine for somebody like myself and was very knowledgeable , my daughter found her to be very rough. We have been able to get my daughter to the point where she is accepting of dental appointments, however this appointment set her back about five years. She has stated upon exiting that she never wants to come back to the dentist again. Additionally, we ask for no polishing. There was no prophy paste nor prophy Jet used at our request, but I was still charged for polishing.
It is unfortunate, however with this recent event, I am seriously considering moving my family's business because I cannot have her afraid to go to the dentist. It's too important

Yet again, Glendale Dental Centre gets a 5-star rating from me and a thank you to Sherry, Jessica, Alyssa, and Cari for always having a smile when I walk in the door...I absolutely love Michelle Baldinelli the dental hygienist! Michelle goes above and beyond the call of duty to make her patients feel welcome and comfortable. It's always good to know that I'm in the competent hands of Dr. D. Janzen when I need dental work.
