Hi there
Longtime customer, first time complainer. I have asked around friends and family and all of them receive the typical lootbag of a toothbrush, floss, and other helpful implements when done an appointment. I realize this costs money, but my costs are up as well. I have had to reduce my visits from 4 scalings per year (which is a lot) to 3 visits because benefits have been reduced. I think the rest of the dental community has returned to providing the helpful lootbag, and have not hidden behind the "Covid-costs excuse". I'd like to see that reinstated, like your competitors have done. A small matter perhaps, but one more of the thousand cuts for me.

Dr Tester is an incredible dentist and a very caring wonderful human who puts you at ease. His assistant is wonderful and knowledgeable as well. I feel very lucky to have such a great dental office to work with. Many thanks.
