Lisa as always gave me an exceptional cleaning and always makes me feel relaxed. Dr. Slamka also found time to file one of my teeth down as it was hurting me. I thank them both for their excellent care

I’m have always found the staff to appear relaxed, friendly and professional. I have been going to Glendale Dental for over 30 years and this has always been the case. Once, in that entire time period, the office was running 10 minutes late for appointments and the dentist himself apologized to the entire waiting room for the delay. (And it never happened again)

Hi there
Longtime customer, first time complainer. I have asked around friends and family and all of them receive the typical lootbag of a toothbrush, floss, and other helpful implements when done an appointment. I realize this costs money, but my costs are up as well. I have had to reduce my visits from 4 scalings per year (which is a lot) to 3 visits because benefits have been reduced. I think the rest of the dental community has returned to providing the helpful lootbag, and have not hidden behind the "Covid-costs excuse". I'd like to see that reinstated, like your competitors have done. A small matter perhaps, but one more of the thousand cuts for me.
