Your coffee machine is very hot and you have a fridge right there. Instead of whitening powder please have cream and milk.

Feedback
The office staff are great. The phone calls to my cell are too frequent. While I value a reminder call about an upcoming appointment, I feel like I am receiving too many other calls. Ideally I would like to receive only a reminder call for upcoming appointment.

Room for improvement
I was having a filling refilled with a medicated filling after having some sensitivity. During the procedure I found staff to be rude, and felt as though they were ignoring me and I was an inconvenience.

Dentist Visit... Always a pleasure? Yes!
Sounds contradictory to the standard dental thinking however at Viana I never have any issues or concerns, from the moment you walk in the door, reception staff, waiting area,the friendly Hygienists and the Dentists themselves. From basic cleaning to the dreaded Root Canal, I've had them all and it's as easy-going an experience as you can hope for. I'd recommend any family member,friend or anyone in need of good dental care

First visit- October 2016
This was my first visit and it met my expectations, the staff was very curteous and accommodating in making it affordable for me to have an extensive dental work done by Dr Viana at his clinic in Komoka.
