We had 2 appointments which were booked simultaneously. Our wait time was a little longer than expected when considering the coordination of both appointments.

I was very disappointed that while I was trying to confirm appointments with Callie someone came over to pay and she wanted me to wait while she served him. I am a paying customers and did not feel respected by the staff. The rest of my experience was great.

Viana Dental (Komoka) has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. On my first visit they extended their hours in order to see me because I had pain. They are also less expensive than most places and yet they offer excellent services. From now on I will be a loyal Viana patient.

Follow up
Appointment went great. I appreciate that after it was cancelled twice, another dentist was able to do the procedure on a day that was convenient for us. Thank you for that. As we were leaving the receptionist said that your office would call us the next day to see how my daughter was doing. We never received that call.
