This was the second time in a row that I had a person that was inexperienced. They caused pain and frustration. Last time her nails were so long she kept stabbing my gums the hole time. This time she didn’t know how to do anything. Had to be there for a 1hr but should have only been 15 min. I would really like to have someone that knows what they are doing on my next visit. Until lately i have liked going.

For the most part, the visit was as to be expected. We find sometimes communication lacking (i.e., we didn't know we'd need to be back in a week's time to put the bar on), and were told a custom mouth guard would be made and potentially delivered, which it wasn't (yet). Please advise.

Viana Dental - your team is amazing. Last week we had 2 of our 5 family members in for dental appointments and we’re running late. We had another appointment across town immediately after our dental appointment, and I was stressed thinking we were going to miss it. Well your team was efficient, pleasant, timely and funny, able to multitask and BOOM we were on our way with time to spare. I couldn’t believe it. You guys just keep getting better as time goes on. Thank you so much for taking care of our family dental and orthodontic care over these last 8 years. You’re wonderful.
