With the understanding that apart from a major dental emergency no one looks forward to going to the dentist, I would say that the Viana practice has done a remarkable job of keeping the experience at least fraught as possible during these times that pose such huge challenges especially on a service that potentially has the greatest risk of airborne viral transmission.

Terrible confusion about appointment day and times. Our appointment time was apparently changed from the original time of 11:20 to 11:00 without proper communication and therefore when Sydney arrived Maureen was with another client and Sydney was seen by a less experienced technician. Sydney’s braces have been on for an extremely long time and I cannot understand what is taking so long.

I have been to many dental clinics in London, and Viena Dental is one of the best dental clinics in London, ON. As soon as you enter the facility, you will be greeted by people there. They are so friendly. Although I am a new patient, and I am just getting treatment for the last two weeks, I have been amazed by their welcoming environment. I am very satisfied with the treatment I am going through. Amy is great. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and very expert in dental hygiene. Dr. Harika also did a great job of identifying my dental issues and recommending appropriate measures to protect my teeth and to avoid future complexities. Overall, it felt like the staff at Vienna works like a team. It's not like dentists are good, but another staff is not welcoming. I guarantee you every minute you spend at Vienna Dental, you will never feel like you are outsiders. They treat their patients like family members! Thank you Becca for your warm welcome every week :-)

Back for another extensive dental apointment. On the way there, I wasn't the least bit nervous or afraid. I checked in after my screening questions. Everyone is so friendly and call you by name. I did have the IV sedation again and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Viana had to do some bone adjustment as well as other work. I was awake thru the whole thing, but I don't remember anything. I honestly can't thank Viana Dental enough. This has been such a positive experience. Never thought I would ever say that. Thank you to every single person there, especially Dr. Viana.
