So happy to have switched to Viana from my old dental clinic. I've e never been treated as well as I was yesterday! Great experience

There was a bit of confusion at the beginning of my apt once I was sitting in the dentists chair. The hygienist told me what procedures I was in for (5 cavity fillings) though, that did not line up with what I had called in to book (3 cavity fillings) or what I was told I needed by my previous hygienist (3 cavity fillings and two molar coatings). Likely different terminology between hygienists and a miscommunication from whomever took my call to book my apt. That was cleared up, though that then made me nervous getting my cavities filled. The Dentists confidence put me at ease, I got my 3 cavities filled and the dentist recommended crowns when I am able to book and by the end of my visit I felt ok.

I came in for a cleaning and Maureen did the best job I have ever gotten anywhere, She explained everything as we went, was extremely thorough and professional. Maureen addressed any areas of concern and followed up with Dr, Viana who felt it was necessary to give two prescriptions and booked a follow-up appointment. As seniors, my husband and I are very appreciative of the 15% discount for seniors and another discount for paying prior to the day of the appointment. Highly recommend this Dental office.
