My daughters very first visit to the dentist was phenomenal! The staff were very friendly and explained everything in a fun way for kids to understand. My daughter got 2 X-rays and a polish with no complaints, she actually loved it!!

1) nice environment, really friendly staff, everything works on time
2) I am a long time client, never have had anything to complain about
3) this is the first time: cooperation between doctor and nurse was questionable
- dentist missed info from my file, got unwanted extra painkiller
- the tooth treated is still not OK, gives me pain at every bite after more than a month.

Another great visit to see Dr. Viana and staff. I only wish that I could have had this dentist throughout my life. The office is impeccable, and the staff welcoming and pleasant. I broke my molar and was able to be seen very quickly. A temporary fix was done until we proceed to next step. Work was completed quickly and effectively

There was a staff in training. Sydney was not asked if she was okay with this. A long wire was left requiring a return visit to the office next day for it to be cut off. Office was very accommodating to fit us in.

i am not in any way a health professional nor know much about the workings of dentistry. However,, I don/t like being charged without having health coverage for work that was not preformed. For this, I may never visit your facility again, even worst tell other what was done and never recommend your place of business again.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, right? Wrong! The entire staff make the visit as pleasant as possible -- from start to finish. And hey, they've all been to the dentust themselves, so they know what you're going through.
