The appointment was terrible. She came home in tears and absolutely traumatized by a terrible appointment. The two hygienists(?) that assisted were very rough with her, resting tools on her jaw, fish hooking her cheek to move her head and gagging her with the suction. Awful treatment! They even left her with a gash at the back of her mouth that will no doubt be sore for days. Dr. Aloul was wonderful as usual but even he can't keep the entire family at this office. We've had multiple horror stories at this office and will not be returning for more.

My new benefit plan had been in place for a few weeks but my actual benefit policy and group number(s) were just days away from being processed. I wish the payment could have been held off for a day or two. As it turned out, I had the numbers within 16 hours of appt. But, now I wait for the reimbursement monies from benefit plan company. Could have been avoided. After 5 years as a patient, a day or two wait, would have been nice, and saved this hassle.

Logan had to get 2 teeth removed and was not happy about it at all and made it clear he did not want them pulled. We thought maybe just one at a time, but after the first one was pulled, he said that ddn't hurt and gave the go ahead to pull the 2nd tooth. So proud of you Logan. Thanks Dr. Aloul and your amazing team! You were all so supportive and giving him high 5's, that means a lot.

Very frustrating experience, was told originally when my son was getting his mould for mouth guard for hockey that upper and lower would be molded as he has braces and it might fit better, 4 days later no call yet so I called, and apparently something happened to the mould and I had to bring my son back for a new mould. I came in and apparently the moulds now might work however staff knew nothing about the potential for the bottom mouth guard and said it can't be done. First fitting in the back actually went pretty good and it fit fine however just was going to trim a tiny bit off, waited 5-10 mins in the back room and then was told can go wait in waiting room. Another 5-10 mins and mouth guard brought up, I let my son just try it on and I assumed it was good and left. I asked him how it fit and he said not great, he showed me and it actually didn't fit at all on his teeth. I was confused at this point as all that was supposed to happen was a minor trim at the back and this one seemed to be a whole new mouth guard that didn't come close to fitting. I called back and I said I wanted the original mouth guard, and was told something happened to it. Was told I could come in and get a new mould, which I thought I was doing in the first place, my son was in tears as he hates those moulds so much. I would like to come back for this however not much trust that it would done correctly again.
