Great Dental Clinic
all my expectations were met for a first visit even exceeded I should say. I believe we have found our family dental clinic.

Sedation
Dr. Layton and Lily did a great job and they came in on their day off so I could get sedation as well as being covered by my insurance before losing them. Thanks again to both of them.

Nice place to visit
Well worth the time, place is clean and relaxing and the staff are friendly and makes you feel relaxed. Really would recommend this.

As Good As It Can Be!
I would give Urban Oasis 5 stars but I just don't like the dentist in general, so cant do it! They make the experience as good as it can be!

Excellent job in every visit
Dr. Layton, Lily and their team are always friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They make me and my family feel very comfortable and well looked after in every visit. I like how they always answer my questions and keep me posted on what they are working on. We have been their patients for over 3 years and have always received great care and excellent customer service consistently.

Thank you for taking such great care of our young children. They had a great visit and enjoyed being "part of the process" and able to hold the implements. It was wonderful that you were able to fit in our youngest for a cleaning.

Our last visit
The front end staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The Dentist was rude and aggressive. We will not be returning.

So thankful
From the moment I came to the moment I left I felt welcome and like I was a priority. I really appreciated that I could ask questions and not feel like I was wasting anyone's time. I can honestly say that I have never left a dentist office laughing and joking with all the staff, including my dentist! It was a great experience. I felt safe and welcome.
