Excellent Experience
Very friendly and welcoming staff. My cleaning was done efficiently and fast and to top it off, there was a complimentary full body massage chair to be enjoyed after the cleaning which helped relieve the kink in my neck from the dentist chair. That is a remarkable bonus!

Attention to detail
I love this practice's attention to detail. It shows in the impeccable state I've always found it for the last 5 years - everything to provide a patient's comfort has been thought of. My kids love coming to this office. It's like a dental spa :)

always a pleasant experience
Decided this year to conquer my fear of the dentist and I have been extremely satisfied with the care provided. Staff are patient and helpful and always explain what they are doing. There is never a wait time and you never feel like they are rushing through your appointment. Staff also make you feel like you are remembered from one visit to the next and not just another patient.

Hygienist
My experience with Urban Oasis has always been top notch, very pleased from start to finish. This past time however, my assigned Hygienist wasn't so top notch. Though very nice - his experience either seemed to be lacking or perhaps he was rushed - or maybe needs glasses! During my cleaning, specifically during the scaling, he'd keep missing the tooth and scraping my gums. He did this all over my mouth, so it wasn't just a slip of the hand sort of mistake. Now my experience may have been a little more sensitive due the fact I hadn't been for a cleaning in some time. In any case, all other aspects of my experience were positive.

The only thing that would have been better is if during the procedure exactly what was being done was explained to me as it was being done. Very minor detail, it would only be to satisfy my own curiosity! Otherwise, I can say I am extremely satisfied!
