Truly an oasis of treatment
When first hearing that there was a dental office called an oasis I thought, how could such a place of pain and agony ever be refered to as an oasis. Well folks there truly is a dental office where you can experience oasis. It's at the Urban Oasis where you are a person and not a case. Where you are cared for like your the most important person they have seen that day!

Great First Experience
This was my sons first experience at the dentist and he was thrilled! He enjoyed exploring the tools and chair, the staff were incredible and made him feel comfortable. Cant wait to go back!

Just so grateful.
Because I'm new to Canada I have a list of exactly ZERO babysitters. I took my nervous ten year old son to his appointment with my five and two year olds in tow. I was shocked after waiting about a half hour in the waiting room with the little ones to learn that my ten year old was less than compliant with not only the cleaning but just the exam. The hygienist came to the waiting area to inform me of the situation and ask my presence in the exam room to calm my son. Seeing my situation, alone with two very young children (one in a stroller), she immediately took action, as to not stress any situation further, and arranged for a receptionist at the front desk to sit with my two youngest so I could be free to comfort my oldest, who was the patient. Long story short, my son still remained nervous, and we have made arrangements to continue his treatment at a further date. I'm blown away by the patience and the fact that these people went above and beyond, without asking or hesitation, just to help my kids and me get through one appointment. Well done, Urban Oasis! I appreciate it very much!
