I received a good quality service during my last appointment and even personal phone call from the Doctor the following day. Staff is always very professional and helpful not matter what you need, complex treatment, consultation or just to fill up insurance papers. I would recommend Urban Oasis Dental

Best Dental/Office Crew Ever
I was having problems with my wisdom teeth to the point I couldn't sleep and the lovely front office staff got me in within 30 mins(I called at 6PM on a Thursday!). Dr. Williams took a look and it turned out I needed a prescription to get rid of the pain. The hygienist explained the treatment process and the ladies at the front desk got direct billing processed within minutes. On top of that they informed me they already sent my most current x-rays to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed as soon as there was no infection. By 7:30PM I had what I needed (meds and all) and I was back at home nursing my jaw with an ice pack. I'm not even a long time client and they treated me like family. Thank you so much!!!!

Great Dentist
I am terrified of dental work because of a past experience. Dr Williams was so amazing during my fillings. He was very gentle and concerned about me thru out the whole visit. He made an unpleasant situation more bearable. Took the time to explain to me what work he did on my teeth. Very happy with the service

The only thing that would have made my experience more comfortable is being sedated but other than that I was comfortable.

It was my first appointment getting work done with this office and I was so comfortable I fell asleep. I didn't think that was possible to do at a dentist office. Great people.

Fantastic Dentist &Staff;!
I am a "chicken" when it comes to dental visits, the Dentist/staff patient &understanding; of this fear.
The Dental work &technology; are way above average!
The only bad part was, I Do Not "Freeze" correctly, so I had to endure a fair amount of pain, I realize this isn't the Dentist's fault, I just hope that my next visit (next week!) Will be more pleasant. (Just knock-me-out! LOL).
