I’ve been a patient here for 30 years and value the care I’ve received. When my schedule changed last minute, I called Monday to reschedule but was told two days’ notice was required, which technically meant I would have had to know by Friday. It was inconvenient and a bit frustrating given my long history with the practice. I kept the appointment, and while I would have appreciated more flexibility, Cora’s kindness and understanding made the visit worthwhile.
