Always Looked After
I always receive the best of care from Michelle and Dr. LeFebvre. The doctor recently replaced some old worn fillings. I cannot tell the new bonded area from the original tooth. Looks great!

I think emailing and or texting a client - a reminder for a clients appointment time and date is awesome.
Even though the present method is helpful, giving a weeks notice is too long advance for me, I may still forget the appointment time.

Always professional and friendly. Some offices have staff practically ignoring the clients and talking over them about things that do not involve the client. This has always made me feel very uncomfortable. This never happens here. Your staff makes me feel like I'm one of the family, they know my name, and they include me in conversations...as much as possible, given it's a dentists office! Ha ha
