I was surprised that I had to request the antibacterial mouthwash after my teeth were cleaned. The hygienist, Jessica accommodated my request however she informed that this was not part of her routine. I informed Jessica that our regular hygienist, Marie Dibona always included the mouth rinse in her semi annual cleaning procedure. As I was swishing the rinse I was monitoring my time for one full minute which I've done after every cleaning in the past. The hygienist informed me my 30 seconds was up. After my mouth was clear I informed the hygienist my regular hygienist instructs to swish the rinse for one minute.I informed Jessica that my spouse and I both have in the past observed if we didn't receive the antibacterial mouth rinse after having our teeth cleaned we became sick. Lee and I both hope this is not going to become the norm. My husband had his teeth cleaned earlier the same day he remarked he hadn't been given the mouth rinse. The teeth cleaning was excellent. The new dentist was a pleasure to meet and gave the time to listen to my concern regarding a rear molar that has broken leaving only a small part of the tooth behind.

I had the beginning of quite extensive work done, taking over 2 hours and was made to feel comfortable the whole time. Everyone was kind and thoughtful along with Dr. Kohlmeier, who constantly made sure I was tolerating it well. How could I not? Thanks all.
