I have been a patient of North End Dental for 20 yrs and have always found the staff to be very polite and friendly. I am moving but plan to remain a patient with them. I have never had a problem with this dental office. I have no stress when I have an appt.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and I'd like to continue using Dr. Ferrera as our family dentist but every single appointment that I have had (for myself and my children - so I've been there for 6 appointments in the last year), I have had to wait at least 25 minutes - the most recent was over 45 minutes. Although everyone is apologetic, I don't think that's acceptable. Maybe it's time to revisit the booked time blocks? With 3 young kids and a full time job, I don't have time to be waiting an extra 20-50 minutes on top of my appointment time. Thanks for the consideration.
