Dr. Lefebvre is always pleasant and friendly, putting you at ease. Heather is good at her job, very thorough. She explained everything well. I would absolutely recommend North End Dental.

The staff are all very friendly and gracious. I was not greeted with a clipboard of questions and boxes to check. Heather ushered me into a comfortable office where she gathered the necessary information to create a new record for me. Dr. Ferrera met me in the waiting room and introduced me to Kaitlyn, his assistant, who helped me get comfortable in the operatory. I was not rushed into making a decision for costly tooth restoration. Dr. Ferrera was very thorough in explaining my options. I'll be returning to have the work completed as soon as they receive xrays from my current DDS. I highly recommend North End Dental for the best possible experience.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and I never felt rushed. I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend them.

Removal of the mold was not a comfortable procedure in and of itself. Dr Ferrera had advised me accordingly. I appreciate his efforts to minimize any adverse effects. A true professional
