Welland Dental Care is without a doubt the best dental practice in Niagara! Possibly even Ontario! What is so incredibly impressive is that the staff and hygienists are unfailingly pleasant and respectful. Their attention to detail and to the individual sitting in the chair is unlike anything I've experienced in years. It's probably because its family-oriented approach is mirrored in the way the entire organization is structured. They care about the patient because they care about each other. In our crazy, changing world it is so heartening to have the WDC as a constant!

It is always a pleasant experience coming to this office.....no one really likes getting their teeth cleaned, but the staff are awesome. Dr. Sarah has fixed my chipped teeth on two occasions and she is great!

The only criticism I would have is the wait time. Had to wait over half an hour before I was seated with the hygienist. As I understand it wasn't entirely her fault it was due to patient flow when finished their appointments.

We have been patients at Welland Dental Care since we moved to the area 15 years ago -- and cannot praise the practice more highly. As testament to the quality and calibre of the care, not only is it truly a family business (from Dr Tony to Dr Sarah) but there has been almost no turnover in staff or among the hygienists. This factor alone speaks volumes! When we arrived back in Canada after 6 years in the UK, we either had not received regular dental care for years and/or were terrified of dentists ;o) Even though one of our family still remains reluctant to get regular care, every one us has only had positive experiences. The Drs Mancuso and their staff and hygienists are caring and attentive. Thank you so much!!!
