The only criticism I would have is the wait time. Had to wait over half an hour before I was seated with the hygienist. As I understand it wasn't entirely her fault it was due to patient flow when finished their appointments.

We have been patients at Welland Dental Care since we moved to the area 15 years ago -- and cannot praise the practice more highly. As testament to the quality and calibre of the care, not only is it truly a family business (from Dr Tony to Dr Sarah) but there has been almost no turnover in staff or among the hygienists. This factor alone speaks volumes! When we arrived back in Canada after 6 years in the UK, we either had not received regular dental care for years and/or were terrified of dentists ;o) Even though one of our family still remains reluctant to get regular care, every one us has only had positive experiences. The Drs Mancuso and their staff and hygienists are caring and attentive. Thank you so much!!!

Despite the pandemic, I had no qualms about going to this appointment as I know from past experiences that this office is always very conscious of hygiene. Yesterday every precaution was taken to ensure the safety of both staff and clients.
The staff here is welcoming and professional, but also very friendly. As I have been coming here for decades , we know one another well. I am always made to feel comfortable and welcome.
