As a new patient I had x-rays exam and cleaning. I was introduced to several staff all of whom were friendly and professional. All precautions were taken for safety in these current times and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would and will refer anyone looking for new dental professionals. As always, staff were caring, courteous and knowledgeable. I tried several dental offices since I moved to the Niagara region 20 years ago. When I found this one, I knew I had found my "forever" dental office. Thanks to all the staff for making the experience as comfortable and safe as possible.

The Staff made sure that I was taken care of and went out of their way to ensure I had my procedure done that same day and was very flexible with my next appointment requirements. They are always friendly and helpful.
