Everybody here is so good at what they do. Who knew my kids could actually sit through a dental appointment without me bribing them. I didn't feel pressured to do anything. I did feel empowered to choose the treatment that was best for my mouth. This is a very experienced, sincere and compassionate team of professionals. Me and my family are very lucky to be a patient at this clinic.

Best Dental Clinic I've Ever Visited
It is a pleasure going to my dental appointments here. Absolutely everyone who works here seems to genuinely enjoy her job and they go out of their way to make their clients feel welcome and comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments with Christina and Dr. Ly. Both are incredibly knowledgable and detail-driven and they always take time to explain exactly what they are doing and why. I'm about to get Invisalign Braces as an adult and Dr. Ly is painstakingly designing my treatment to ensure that I'm going to be happy with the results. Both Dr. Ly and Christina sat down with me to address concerns I had about the procedure and I left, as always, feeling heard and feeling great.

Staff are friendly and accommodating for families
I had to bring my daughter to the appointment and they performed well and kept her busy while she played in their main reception.
When it was her turn, they provided her with a comfortable experience where she will come again and not be afraid of dentists.

Love This Dentist Office

Best dental office
Great team with personalized service. I am so thankful that Dr. My was able to get me in on an emergency basis. I really appreciate the continuous care from this office, I even received a phone call in the evening from the dentist herself to ensure I was feeling better! thank you so much.

I love you!
I have never had a bad experience, nor felt uncomfortable here at 16th Avenue Dental. I love all of the staff and will always come back! I love the dentist and this practice has made me extremely happy and satisfied. :)

When I called the office with a sore tooth - Chelsea was more than helpful. She checked my chart and asked some questions. Though Thursdays are a quieter day - she said she would call Dr. My to see if she would be available to see me. I was able to see Dr. My and she was able to isolate the problem. I truly appreciated the flexibility of the office and Dr. My for seeing me on such short notice.

Kind, gentle, and experienced
I'm impressed by how kind and gentle everyone at 16th Ave Dental is. It's one thing to say you strive for a positive or family-friendly environment, but everyone at the clinic actually embodies that. Front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists all have a warm and sensitive manner. It's a given that their knowledge and experience is helpful, but I think a lot of other clinics underestimate the importance of a positive and sensitive delivery. I also like that they don't ever make you feel silly for asking questions or raising concerns, and they have lots of techniques for making you less nervous. I'm so happy I discovered this place!
