Very satisfying visit.
I went early and instead of waiting I took the time to fill out forms accurately. The examination went pretty good and explanations were straight and upfront. After extractions which were painless it went easier and my expectations were more satisfying. I mentioned how professional the dentist was and how I worked with good people when I was in the oil field sector. Good job, looking forward to complete the planned further visits. Thank you.

Overall experience - very good
The staff were courteous; Angie the receptionist was terrific; the dental hygienist Anna was friendly and was gentle, and the dentist was matter of fact and straight to the point (I like this), knowledgeable and had time to talk and answer my questions. Suggestion for improvement next time: since this was my first visit to this clinic and had not been to a dentist for a while, appointment could have been scheduled longer than an hour to allow time for completing the first time patient questionnaire, have x-rays and panorex, plus full scaling. In the end, only half of the scaling was completed and I had to book another appointment to finish the rest. Because the service at this clinic was good and staff made my visit comfortable, and I had to get fillings for cavities done anyways, the return visit due to not having booked a long enough appointment time was less of an issue.

Great service and wonderful caring dentist and assistants.
It was my first time to this dental surgery and I was very nervous after a very traumatic experience at a different surgery a few years ago. I only had to wait several minutes before I was seen. The dentist was very patient and listened to my concerns. She did everything to put me at ease and ensure me the same thing wouldn't happen again. She explained all of the procedure carefully and both her and her assistant were extremely caring all throughout my treatment. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Exceptional service as always!
This was my 3 year old daughters first visit to the dentist and it was an amazingly positive experience for her!
My husband and I have been going to Oliver Family dental for years and highly recommend it to anyone; I have had very negative dental experiences in the past at different offices and I have only had positive experiences here- very knowledgeable and very trustworthy service.

I really appreciate the fees charged by this office, they are almost the same as what my insurance covers. The service is great and it is nice to have an office that isn't all flashy and leaves me with a big bill when I leave.

Finally a dentist I feel good about
My husband has been going to Dr. Chan for some time now. I just had my first appointment yesterday. Candy did a fantastic job with my cleaning. I'm pregnant and my gums are quite sensitive but she was gentle yet effective. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Will be going back for sure.

Great if you live downtown.
Such an accessible office and I appreciated the maybe 10 minute wait. At my old dentist's you would be waiting for up to 30 mins.

I can't remember the name 0f staff who performed x-ray and dental hygiene on me, you're compassionate, smart,knowledgeable, I don't have words to express you and simple you're all package. Good first impression
I travel a lot due to work and couldn't make the trip back to my usual dentist so I called Oliver's Family Dental. They were able to schedule me within days and my appointment was quick and the staff were honest and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they were able to get a hold of my previous dentist for questions within minutes.
