For some of the staff at Marigold, their preference to go to another dental office is because other offices direct bills; thus, the employee is not out of pocket for a few days. Manulife is quite prompt, but I still have to watch for the cheque and find a time to deposit it. Not sure why this dental office does not direct bill? I know that Manulife allows direct billing at other dental offices.

I have always had a pleasant time at the dental office and the girls that work there are helpful and kind and funny also which is good as laughter is the best medicine...right! I just do not like needles. I turn into a lump of melted butter.

Top notch.
Sorry for the slightly low ratings in office comfort but it was the day the roof was leaking and it dripped on my head.
In all honesty, young Stephanie is the most amazing hygienist. I was floored with her knowledge, her passion, her professionalism. I don't have a phobia, but who goes home and says "I had a great time at the denist today"? She made the visit really pleasant.
I don't recall the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she's also new and also really caring and helpful. Pleasant, knowledgable staff made this and easy visit, especially when they went so above and beyond. Thanks!

I was able to get in quickly for the appointment, staff are always very friendly. I have been a patient for years and I will continue to for many more.

Always enjoy seeing the staff and doctors.
Have been going here for around 10 years. Have moved from my original home, but still go back to Strathmore for my appointments, even though I am closer to Airdrie. Have no thoughts of going anywhere else.
