Dr. Ian was kind ,efficient and gave explanations as he fixed my crown. Always a pleasant experience.

I was pleased with all aspects of the visit except for the failure to inform us of the one year time limit imposed by Manulife insurance on the repair of the same tooth. It would have been less upsetting for all if the last record was checked before work was completed. I do appreciate however reimbursement of the visit.
